- The Stock Advisor App Update Issue on iOS Devices: App no longer opens after updating
To resolve this issue follow these steps:
1. After updating app, sync to iTunes
2. Once device has synced completely, unplug cable and delete app from the device
3. Plug in sync cable
4. Re-sync device making sure that the check box next to the app in question is checked (under the “Apps” tab in iTunes)
